Qualifications



RS&H is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL. As part of the team, you'll serve an integral role on the program by providing administrative and project support to senior leaders within the program. You will be coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for senior leaders, including attendance at external events; preparing reports, meeting minutes, presentations, agreements and contract documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; maintain electronic and physical files; providing mentorship and guidance to other administrative and support staff; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and five years relevant experience.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of administrative duties, coordination of complex projects and events, and Microsoft Office.
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
  • Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
