Cost/Price Analyst - Military veterans preferred

RSi is looking to fill a Cost / Price Analyst position to support our UHPO customer.

• The Candidate will prepare timely, accurate and compliant cost/price proposal evaluations for the Acquisition Center.
• Design large and complex Excel workbooks that simulate RFP requirements and applicable cost and pricing info provided.
• Provide write-ups on price proposals describing the cost/price model used and the information provided in the RFP.
• Prepare proposal correspondence such as Requests for information (RFls) as needed. Evaluation of vendor material estimates, labor hour estimates, overhead rate structures and fee determination. This will include lower-level evaluation of the Basis of Estimates, assessment of conformity for Commercial Item Determinations (CID) information and Cost and Pricing Information (CPI) in support of the ACC proposal evaluation and award process.
• Have knowledge and expectance with when and what to request from Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) or the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for cost / price / evaluation requirements.
• Answer questions and provided detailed backup as requested to support proposal evaluations.

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications:

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in government cost within a Project Office
• High school diploma and 15 years of experience acceptable in lieu of degree
• Must have experience in complex actions, urgent actions, levels of approval/authorities
• Work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Expert level of familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/IT Skills/Certifications:

• Direct experience with Army Contracting Command
