SUMMARY

A Treasury Services and Digital Banking Trainer leads virtual training sessions with new business clients and new users on all of our various treasury products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsible for the timely client contact via phone call and/or email with the first 24-48 hours of receiving a training request.

Timely and consistent communication with our clients, BancFirst Treasury Management Officers and the Treasury Services and Digital Banking Dept. is crucial to the successful closing of a new treasury sale or service.

If the Trainer is unable to connect with the new client, this must be communicated back to the local Treasury Management Officer. Equally, if the need for a new treasury product or service is uncovered during training, this referral should also be communicated back to them in a timely manner, as well.

Responsible for managing your training queue, SLAs and training pipeline. All client communications must be documented in the training queue and progress documented in the training pipeline. SLAs should be worked immediately and kept to a minimum.

All external, client email communications are made within the Treasury Training Inbox. Microsoft Outlook is utilized to calendar all scheduled trainings and visible to other Trainers and Treasury Services and Digital Banking Management for coverage and awareness.

Responsible for seeking continued education and always learning on our treasury products and services. Staying up to date with evolving product knowledge, service/platform functionality and the benefits and features of the treasury products and services is critical in this position.

Knowledgeable in our retail banking products, such as checking and savings accounts, personal online banking, consumer remote deposit capture, bill pay, consumer loans, etc. Must understand account analysis/hard charge billing, creation and maintenance of various service forms and the process to follow when customer service is needed.

Must display strong, always positive, communication skills and professionalism while training virtually or through email to external and internal clients, alike.

Refer all customer requests, operational issues or continued service after the sale to the appropriate department(s) as soon as possible but no later than the end of the working day.

Appropriately initiates actions necessary to meet customer needs without explicit management direction or guidance. Uses good judgment in determining when management involvement is required.

Provides feedback to Treasury Services and Digital Banking Management regarding the success/deficiencies of existing products, protocols, guidelines and processes. A Trainer is a key contributor in implementing new product development, solutions to updating guidelines and processes, etc.

Crosstrain and become proficient in other job functions within our department to cover for vacations, call ins, vacancies, etc.

Perform all other job duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years banking experience, with preferred experience in Treasury Management or Client Services.

Excellent customer service skills.

Critical thinking skills.

Must work well under stress and deadlines.

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.

Ability to acquire an understanding of Treasury products and services.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.


Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds.
