POSITION OVERVIEW

 

The Contract Manager will be the security liaison between Triple Canopy and the client, this role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all vendor security-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between both parties. The Contract Manager will be responsible for effectively conveying the client's security needs and expectations to Triple Canopy while also representing Triple Canopy's capabilities and services to the client. This individual must possess the ability to operate confidently and professionally around C-suite level personnel, providing clear, concise, and strategic security insights and recommendations.

 

In addition to these duties, the Contract Manager will manage a team of security professionals operating 24/7, 365 days a year, overseeing all aspects of team performance, scheduling, training, and development. They will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets all operational standards and contractual obligations, while also addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. PAY TRANSPARENCY

$100,000/yr plus Performance Based Bonus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Foster client relationships and communication. Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with the client, regularly engaging with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations and to address any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Risk management and mitigation, identifying potential risks to contract performance or security operations, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Ensure comprehensive contract execution, overseeing and verifying that all employees fulfill the duties and requirements outlined in the contract, maintaining high standards of service quality, timely deliverables, cost control, compliance with government reporting, and effective management of key personnel
  • Make decisive and strategic decisions on behalf of the company, particularly in matters related to personnel, to support the successful execution of the contract
  • Provide leadership and supervision to all individuals working under this contract, ensuring alignment with contract objectives and standards
  • Be accessible around the clock to ensure a prompt and effective response to any emergencies or exigent circumstances
  • Initiate and complete prompt, thorough investigations of reported allegations to maintain integrity and trust within the organization and with the client
  • Ensure that all equipment and property are meticulously tracked, accounted for, and safeguarded to prevent loss or misuse
  • Take overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the program's quality control plan, ensuring that the workforce adheres to all program requirements
  • Act as the central point of contact for the client regarding all program activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet the quality and standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Develop and execute project plans, meet objectives, create contingency plans, and manage resources efficiently to stay within budget and deliver on contract commitments

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Ten (10) years prior law enforcement experience
  • LEOSA/HR218 certification required
  • Verifiable experience and training in security awareness, mediation and conflict resolution, disaster and emergency situations and managing personnel at various types of facilities
  • Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management
  • A US Citizen with social security card and a valid state driver's license
  • BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
  • BSIS Guard Card
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team, particularly under pressure
  • Meticulous focus on all aspects of security operations, with an eye for potential risks.
  • Capacity to anticipate challenges, make informed decisions, and align security efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Strong ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Proficient in articulating complex security concepts clearly to both the team and senior stakeholders
  • Flexible in responding to changing circumstances, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Must meet all medical and physical standards as outlined in the contract
  • Meet background screening and suitability requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing or walking. Extended hours to include nights, weekends and holidays may be required. May be subject to outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures and weather. Subject to high noise levels to include gun fire, hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, extreme cold or exposure to chemicals.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

Heavy work: Exerting up to 200 pounds of force on rare occasion, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. May be required to be fitted for and/or wear a respirator. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, often without breaks, and may be required to climb stairs or ladders and walk-up inclines and on uneven terrain. Must meet all physical and psychological standards as required by the contract. Travel may be required.
