Job Summary:


This role is to manage the recruitment function that enables TW DSC on the resourcing and recruitment strategy execution, program development, and process optimization professionally for today and the future. To ensure candidates are sourced through innovative and cost-effective means that strengthens DSC’s position as a preferred employer. To drive and implement local and RO initiatives, act as ATS system champion, and manage vendors across the country in support of the current and long-term business objectives and business growth.

Scope of Job:


• Liaise to meet business targets on recruitment and sourcing processes, systems, and platform to ensure implementation and communication
• Build DHL Employer brand through mutually benefitting collaborative initiatives; internships, campus recruitment, creating platforms for experience sharing sessions etc.
• Develop performance criteria and effectively liaise with all vendors (approved service providers) in the organization development, training & content development, hiring, assessment & talent management space.
• Participate in professional forums when appropriate opportunity presents

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility:


• Develop a good understanding of the vacancies and support business managers to get an appropriate fit on board within the stipulated timeframe.
• Ensure that employee selection and appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic approach to meet HR policy, local legislation and managed in a cost-effective way to meet time requirements
• Develop and ensure consistent implementation of Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives, programs and tools Ensure alignment of standardized Talent Acquisition processes and applicant tracking systems
• Lead and advise on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tools for diversified levels’ vacancies and business needs
• Lead and closely partner with HR Business Partners on recruitment and resourcing initiatives on timely delivery and effective communication to related stakeholders
• Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly reviewed to remove bias and prevent discrimination as per D&I policy statement
• Train line managers and resourcing executives on techniques to ensure a high quality of standard is achieved.
• Continually review and improve the services and efficiency of recruitment agencies in managing contract staff at a lower cost savings
• Manage global, regional or country processes, reports, or projects’ implementation
• Support ad-hoc HR projects

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or business-related area
• 5+ year experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Work at multinational or matrix organization; the stakeholder's variety are high from first-line supervisors, country, regional, to global professional COEs.
• Being an enthusiastic team player with strong drive to create a positive work environment. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
• Passion to work with dynamic situations and agile on changes
