Intern (m/f/d) in the area of Corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a focus on Root Cause Analysis

- We set guidelines for occupational health and safety (OHS) within DHL Group.
- We develop improvement strategies for occupational health and safety (OHS) - in cooperation with the OHS Committee.
- We monitor and support the implementation of OHS processes in the divisions.
- We represent the OHS Committee on the OPS Board.
Your tasks
You will support the Corporate OHS team in the international day-to-day business, but mainly through your own project to develop a root cause analysis tool. This includes the creation of an overall concept including an intuitive user interface, methodical derivation and final inventory test - partly in cooperation with colleagues from different divisions around the world. In this context, you will take part in global calls, meetings and workshops (including travel if required).
Your profile
- Advanced degree (BA/MA) in the fields of economics, psychology, business psychology, occupational health and safety, business informatics or similar
- An appetite for challenging tasks and taking on responsibility
- Strong analytical skills as well as a methodical and structured way of working
- Very good language skills in German and English
- PC and MS Office skills
- Relevant practical experience is an advantage
- Very independent, motivated and reliable approach
