Your role:
As Carrier Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities of our carriers and drive continuous improvement in our end to end Customer Experience by compiling, analysing and problem solving the ongoing performance of our network of carriers.

What  will we do together ?

  • Be the focal point for all carrier reporting. Lead and manage the overall Carrier onboarding and implementation phase on site.
  • Analysis and investigate carrier performance. KPI reporting (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly), Maintaining a database of all current and historical rates.
  • Assist in carrier performance reviews. Measure carrier performance levels against agreed targets, taking appropriate action where necessary.
  • Be the focal point for all carrier related queries.
  • Peak planning, preparation, and execution for all required operational processes.
  • Manage the carrier collection schedule.
  • Monitoring of despatches vs PODs and any required investigation.
  • Investigation of invoice discrepancies with the carriers, invoicing validation.
  • Monitoring of POD exception report and any required investigation.
  • Support in driving carrier improvements.
  • Ensure constructive relationships with customer at all levels.

Who are we looking for?

Higher education (logistics or related).
Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience in a similar/management role.
English at a communicative level.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills.
Excel knowledge.
