  • Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. We are seeking an experienced DevsecOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevsecOps Engineer, you will get involved in developing, designing and implementing solutions which include analyzing the functional and technical requirements to ensure they meet our customer needs. Production support and RCA on problem/incident tickets would be another aspect/responsibility needs to be taken care of.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and VPNs


Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in Webmethods development /application support,
  • Extensive experience in development, administration, and configuration (setup) in/of Software AG webMethods BPM Platform, Integration Server, MWS, Universal Messaging, Command Central. 
  • Experience with Pub-Sub model, Schedulers, Deployer, Certificates, SFTP, Ports, Caching, BPMS Tasks Engine, Process Engine, (Open) CAF, JMS, JDBC, and MQ Adapters, SoftwareAG Microservices 
  • Experience with API and RESTful Web Service technologies, BPM workflow as API for target. 
  • Experience with Oracle database for SQL development and debugging. 
  • Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (i.e. DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub, UCD).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Working knowledge on Linux/Unix. 
  • Possesses a familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and have experience with object oriented programming language (Java) and concepts. 
  • Experience on working with XML/XSDs, JSON. 
  • Interpret Server logs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions. 
  • Apply procedural concepts to apply updates and patches. 
  • Experience in deploying/managing webMethods in a HA/clustered environment. 
  • Experience with webMethods Test Suit, Command Central, Azure Cloud, API Gateways, CloudStream Connector, SofwareAG Microservices. 
  • Experience with database replication and/or migration; SharePlex, Oracle (Active) DataGuard. 
  • Knowledge in container platform such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift 
  • Must be able to work on interface level mapping, debugging, and able to perform day to day production support.
  • Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting of webMethods issues and related system components, including certificate installation, log analysis and error resolution, thread dump analysis, providing statistics.
  • Experience in planning and aligning to meet cutover activities. Can contribute both as an individual contributor as well as team player.
  • Strong in implementing integration solutions using integration methods and technologies covering Web Services, SOAP, JSON, REST APIs and XML.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others. Should have effective problem-solving and analytical skills displaying attention to detail.
