We are looking for a Logistics Network Quality Manager (f/m/d) to join our Global Head office in Bonn.
In this role, you will:
- Control and maintain the operational quality of the LTL network services, focusing on Line haul, Terminal Operations, and Pick-up & Delivery.
- Continuously improve the overall service quality of LTL products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Steer the management processes to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency in the transport network operations.
- Facilitate performance management dialogues and propose tactical initiatives to improve LTL network performance.
- Drive the development and implementation of a quality reporting cockpit.
- Develop and maintain operational KPI requirements in collaboration with the operational Network Management team and connected functions such as Business Process Management, Reporting and IT.
- Manage the transition from current operational Quality Management procedures to a KPI-based Network Management approach.
- Act as the key interface with internal stakeholders to drive actions that support service quality and financial targets.
Our perfect match:
- You have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics or operational quality Management
- You have proven experience in managing internal stakeholders and implementing sustainable Performance Management processes.
- You are proficient in conducting analysis on operational performance shortfalls and root causes.
- You are competent in problem-solving methods and analytical approaches.
- You are able to identify and initiate service quality improvement actions, with a focus on implementation, follow-up, and reporting of results.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (any other language is of advantage).
