Overall Role Purpose

Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like Info update, service status, scheduling etc. Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Responsibility

  • Extensive contact with various functions, both within Customer, Operation team, and locally suppliers.
  • Extensive contact with management team of feedback or customer requirements for Operations management. 
  • Ensure all information update from customer deliver to the operation team.
  • Ensure all customer requirements has been effect & follows with the standard working procedure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers & suppliers.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any field.
  • 3-5 years experiences in Logistics or Warehouse Management. Logistics Customer Service. or related field
  • Good Command of English and PC Literate.
  • Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
  • Self-motivating with good organizing, interpersonal & communication skills.
