YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Chek Lap Kok

Reporting to Senior Manager, Operations Programme, you will be responsible for develop & implement communication plans in supporting DHL Central Asia Hub (CAH) to enhance DHL’s image and take lead of project related to above.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales & marketing and corporate communication on developing CAH as part of the selling tools for DHL including but not limited to

o Hosting internal & external visits on behalf of hub management

o Arranging media visit and handle external queries under the direction of Corporate Communications

o Prepare communication publications and giveaways

o Lead and organize communication campaign

  • Establish relationship and work closely with the governing bodies and members were required
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports as required by CAH General Manager for the purposes of evaluating performance and formulating yearly plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, including planning and monitoring of overall progress, use of resources, corrective actions and risk/contingency plans
  • Deliver new capability and service standards to meet DHL Global SOP, customer, statutory and operational needs, including but not limited to network operation systems, special handling procedures, infrastructure upgrade etc.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Logistics or related disciplines.
  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience with a minimum 2-3 years communication / marketing experience in sizable company or MNC. Applicants with less experience will also be considered.
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Capable to deliver presentation to large group of audience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), other software competency to enhance presentation quality and content creation will be an advantage
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Willing to learn and develop within the business unit
