Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or equivalent through experience and courses
  • Fully fluent in English and Turkish (verbal and written)
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and APICS CPIM Certification are preferred
  • Experience with international supply chain and materials management are preferred
  • Experience in an analytical role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, working knowledge of other MS Office Programs
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement
  • Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload and understand urgent requests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of logistics performance, including shipping, receiving quality, and Export Import Compliance.
  • Oversee inventory quality metrics and manage relationships with 3PLs to attain goals as outlined in the SLA.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs.
  • Investigate and resolve customer/supplier complaints with 3PLs and act as the first line of logistics escalation in Turkey.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop proposals, identify trends, and initiate process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of operational excellence in all logistics processes.
