Overview

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Customer Project Manager to our department.
The Customer Project Manager will supervise projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members to assure deliverables, requirements, and schedules are communicated to meet customer expected delivery dates. PMO utilizes Cloud Coach to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and completion date.

In this role, you will communicate schedules and changes to all stakeholders. Plan and facilitate
project meetings to align the project workforce to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion status to identify at
risk project tasks and to evolve mitigation plans.


Responsibilities

Manages complex projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders.

Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.

• Supervise and facilitate the flow of information to internal and external customers including, but not limited to, contract details, deliverables, project status, project history, timelines, and image quality
• Organize and track tasks within the projects to meet basic project deadlines
• Risk management and mitigation with support from manager or peers
• Provide clear and frequent communication and updates both internally and externally to drive a positive project outcome
• Evolve and maintain a relationship with clients
• Coordinate project details, expectations, and issues internally with Sales, Contracts, Processing, and Production departments
• Track project status and communicating that status internally and externally
• Supervise environmental alerts as they pertain to quality control
• Support Program Managers’ overall reporting by providing project-level detail and status
• Successfully plan, organize, and supervise all phases of a project to assure customer satisfaction, ensuring appropriate and timely revenue recognition with internal stakeholder
• DRP Rotating team coverage weeknights and weekend


Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equal work experience
• 1 - 2 years project management, GIS, or similar experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• MS Office proficiency
• Experience with Project Management or similar work experience
• Previous Geospatial experience
• Trustworthy and an excellent team player– provide mentorship to less experienced department members, shares tips/skills to help the department work more efficiently and promotes a supportive environment for all colleagues
• Demonstrates a robust work ethic– acts as an owner and takes on challenges
• Excellent organizational and planning skills- ability to keep accurate detailed records and communicate project needs in a timely manor
• Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to internal and external inquiries
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability– ability to switch gears when priorities and workloads change in a dynamic work environment
• Resourceful- ability to quickly learn new applications such as ArcGIS (i.e., ESRI's ArcMap), database programs, and Salesforce.com
• Punctuality and willingness to work until the task is completed

Physical Requirements:

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Will need to comfortably travel long and short distances

This is a full-time hybrid position in our Rochester, NY office with a base salary range of $58,500-$60,000/year, bonus eligible.
