On Site Manager - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description Shift is Mon-Fri 5a-2pm Must be available to stay until 2:30p/3:30p/4:30p and work overtime as needed - several days we are staying later than the regular shift time. Shift may convert to a Sun-Wed/Wed-Sat for November/December months. Will oversee picking/stocking department Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety and Operations Prioritize a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols. Gain a comprehensive understanding of workflow, including MOD (Merchandise on Display) operations. Maintain mobility to navigate a 4-level facility, address employees, and effectively monitor production and efficiency. Teamwork and Leadership Collaborate effectively with leads and the Packing Manager to optimize production processes. Foster strong working relationships with WSI floor managers. Manage and track payroll, attendance, and daily metrics to ensure efficient operations. Cost Management and Improvement Oversee overtime and indirect costs for optimal resource allocation. Continuously identify and implement process improvements for MODs and overall workflows. Employ strong problem-solving skills to achieve daily goals and proactively develop solutions to unexpected challenges (e.g., staffing shortages). Training and Development Demonstrate self-motivation and independent problem-solving abilities. Proficiently utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting. Coordinate and oversee all training programs for new hires, closely monitoring their progress and development.
