Assist individuals, businesses and families select the most appropriate policies. Maintain reports and records of insurance policies. Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features. Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Minimum Requirements Experience Preferred but not necessary Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong communications and customer service skills.
