Clinical Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities: • New patient intake and orientation • Conducts initial assessment of patient problems and needs and reports to clinical team to initiate treatment planning • Conducts individual sessions • Facilitates groups with patients • Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA • Provides Case Management • Documentation in patient medical record Clinical Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities: • This individual works directly and indirectly with Clinical Director and handles all administrative supervision of all staff • Responsible for monitoring all clinical services and documentation of staff, to ensure compliance with regulations and standard of quality established • Responsible for curriculum development • Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with senior management • Chart audits and utilization review done daily • Authentication in EHR of all clinical notes done daily • Facilitation of multi-disciplinary staff meetings • Coordinate with APN for all ancillary services to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met • Maintain a small caseload • Perform assessments and other clinical services as needed • Coordinate with referents to ensure quality for mutual clients and ongoing communication regarding care of those clients • Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff • Participate in quality improvement efforts • Manage staff schedules and PTO • Implement performance improvement plans • Assist in policy and procedure development as needed • Participate in marketing and networking events as needed • Develop network of local resources • Ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2 and Affinity’s privacy policies, procedures and practices as required by federal and state law in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a health care provider • May access protected health information (PHI) and other patient information only to the extent that is necessary to complete their assigned job functions and may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific patient information to complete their job functions/responsibilities • Interacts with fellow team members and patients in a respectful, professional manner • Performs other duties as assigned Clinical Supervisor Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Health-Related Field • Knowledge of addiction and mental health a plus Clinical Supervisor Schedule: • Full Time • 8:00am-5:30pm • Must be open to one weekend shift per week Clinical Supervisor Compensation: • Salary competitive with experience and location Full time employees may be eligible for the following: • Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD options • Medical FSA and Dependent Care Account • 401k with company match up to 5% • Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) • Education reimbursement • Career Advancement Opportunities This job does NOT sponsor visa's and we are unable to consider out of country applicants If you are interested in this opportunity or know someone that you respect who would be a good fit for this position, please email: Clay- Claypraesumhealthcare.com Healthcare Recruiter James- Jamespraesumhealthcare.com Healthcare Recruiter IND123
