Job Description Job Description Description: CDL Driver Metal Panels Inc. is a quality manufacturer of metal roofing and siding products, meeting the needs of the Metal Roofing, Metal Building, Post Frame, and storage industries since 2001. Locally owned and operated, MPI maintains lite manufacturing & heavy distribution centers in Tulsa and Kansas City. MPI has grown by providing our valued customers with quality products, timely delivery, and our best-in-class personalized service. Metal Panels Inc is looking for a CDL driver. Must have a Class A license with air brakes and flatbed experience. Local/regional deliveries only, home every night. Not a route job. Top Duties · Completing a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured, and all parts of your truck follow all the federal, state, and local regulations. · Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner. · Conduct a safe work zone during each job site. · Documenting every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our cameras. · Work in cooperation with the Delivery Material Handler to determine proper placement of unloaded materials. · Completing and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner. · Providing the customer with an invoice upon completion of each delivery. Requirements · Valid CDL – Class A · The ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly. · Forklift and truck-mounted forklift experience is preferred. Bi-lingual (Speak fluent English and Spanish) a plus. Education High school or equivalent degree Job Type: Full-time Compensation: DOE base rate, and quarterly profit sharing.
