Job Description Job Description Wingstop Hiring: General Manager and Assistant General Manager GM Pay: $50,000 - $55,000/yr. AGM Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Location: Naranja, FL The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must hire, train, and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor. The General Manager must convey the Wingstop Way culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand. The Assistant General Manager is a Manager who has the drive and passion it takes to be a General Manager. AGMs are our GMs of the future. AGMs are essential in helping the General Manager successfully drive results in his/her restaurant, through people development, sales, and profit growth. The General Manager works closely with this job role in developing them to be successful General Managers. General Manager must have a minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience. Assistant General Manager must have a minimum of 1-2 years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory shift lead experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train, develop and motivate a diverse crew that is highly engaged. Passion for the business and compassion for people. Outstanding leadership and communication skills. Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members. Flexibility. Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
