Job Description Job Description Description: Quickbox is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in billing and financial analysis. The Junior Billing Analyst will support the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and assist in resolving billing issues, contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Assist in preparing and issuing accurate invoices to customers based on master service agreements. Reviewing billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. Preparing for financial audits by ensuring procedural compliance in revenue reporting and collection. Overseeing bookkeeping practices and facilitating the collection of outstanding payments. Assist with preparing weekly financial reviews and contribute to the financial analysis. Preventing payment delays by handling account queries and complaints in a timely manner. Manage accounting mailbox for all customer related matters. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency. Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless billing operations. Provide support to senior revenue analysts and other team members as needed Requirements: Job Qualifications Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant logistics industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Motivation to master accounting, data analysis, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Working knowledge of accounting practices and industry regulations. Keen attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Effective time-management and organizational skills.
