Hiring Regional Reefer Drivers. Wanship Transportation is an established player in the business of moving Refrigerated LTL freight throughout the west and we are growing again. We offer careers, not just jobs and you will love working here Wanship is a mid-sized trucking company totaling 100 newer Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with Pre-pass, refrigerators, XFM/ Sirius Radio, AC adaptors and 150 Great Dane trailers with Thermo-King refrigerated-trailer units. Wanship is seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working drivers who take pride and ownership in their work. With performance-based compensation plans you have unlimited earning potential This is not a job, it’s a chance to work hard, have fun, and choose the career you have always dreamed about We have dedicated line runs with set departure and return to AZ, NO CAL, SO CAL, CO and the PACIFIC NORTHWEST. We are looking for drivers to make weekly runs to any one of these main areas. Our Drivers: • Earn between 70,000 to 110,000 per year. • New starting rate of .55 cpm stop pay. • 4-5 day trips. Guaranteed Home weekly • Dedicated customers with familiar freight lanes. Job Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL experience required. • No more than 3 moving violations - 3 years. • No CHARGABLE DOT ACCIDENTS - 3 years • No “serious” violation (reckless or careless driving, DUI or failure to submit etc.) in the past 3 years. • Class A Commercial Driver’s License required. Doubles/ Triples endorsement a plus • Manual transmission experience • Excellent backing skills • Clean MVR • Must be at least 23 years of age. • Must be able to read and speak the English language. • Must be able to learn and use technology-based solutions for Timekeeping, Dispatches and Logs. • Great attitude and work ethic
