You will pursue new properties for our clients and cultivate relationships with our clients to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a change, we would love for you to be a part of our acquisitions team Apply now Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities: Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work 1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Real estate license About Company Our Mission at Homestead & Co is to provide superior client service.
