Technical Accountant - Military veterans preferred

CV Resources is partnering with a fast-growing national hospitality company in the search for a Technical Accountant Join our client's dynamic Accounting team in Meridian, Idaho, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the organization's growth and client satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position . What You'll Do: Manage fixed asset and lease accounting processes, including depreciation entries. Handle tax policy examination and preparation of various tax returns and payments. Research and analyze tax issues, staying updated on legislative changes. Manage multi-state permit registrations and renewals. Prepare and post monthly general ledger entries and reconciliations. Enhance internal controls environment and support SOX compliance. Conduct unit audit/accountability reviews and present findings. Assist with Accounts Payable reporting and complex client invoicing. Support global treasury and cash management, including bank reconciliations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. 2-3years’ experience in relevant accounting roles. Familiarity with multi-state Sales & Use Tax accounting preferred. Proficiency in GAAP and ERP systems like Netsuite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
