Exempt Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: up to a total of 58 hours during the summer

Summary: The Project Coordinator will work with the Communications Specialist and Director to send communications to the newest graduates to welcome them to alumni status and provide information about the benefits available to them.

Essential Functions:

Alumni Support

  • Utilizing mail merge, print letters and accompanying envelopes for mailing

  • Careful review of names/addresses/degrees to ensure accurate mailings

  • Stuffing letters into envelopes, stamping and mailing the letters

  • Inserting small gift to each recent/new grad envelope

Other

  • Due to the backlog of letters being sent, there will be a couple different versions of the letter to be sent.

  • Hours to “catch up” - up to 58 hours total.

  • Input into the wording of the letters for those “overdue” may be requested.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Must have ability to work as part of a team and to communicate well with others

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in the English language and grammar is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to read, take notes, and view a computer

  • Requires repetitive motions and sitting at a computer

Additional Notes:

  • Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards

  • This position will be hired and paid by Fuller Seminary, however, will be working out of and reporting to The Fuller Foundation Office

  • This is an on-campus position and expected to work in person at The Fuller Foundation office in Pasadena, CA



Pay Scale

  • The hourly rate for this role is $17.50 per hour
