Job Description Job Description Education: Bachelor’s degree in business preferred but not required Experience: 3 years in an administrative, sales support or administrative role (this is not a sales position) Position: M-F 8:30-5:00, 40 Hours (in-person at our Holyoke, MA office) Starting Pay: commensurate with experience Expressive Design Group is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes all-occasion and seasonal stationery and gift-wrapping paper products to a wide variety of retailers. We are looking for an outgoing and assertive self-starter to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) . As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will orchestrate group sales efforts for both inside and outside sales representatives. During our 12-18 month selling cycle, you will be responsible for organizing the order fulfillment process for assigned accounts in conjunction with the respective sales representative. Administrative duties include but are not limited to: 1. preparing customer presentations and product sampling 2. creation and maintenance of customer quotes and order related documentation 3. purchase order processing in communication with our Atlanta and Hong Kong office 4. administratively support and orchestrate tasks between key team members (sales representatives, product development, art department) 5. have a full understanding of our standard SSC procedure but be able to adapt to process revisions The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar office environment with the ability to learn new processes quickly, and multi-task at a highly detailed level while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Training for individual tasks is very hands-on, and monthly in-person group training sessions are provided. It takes at least two selling cycles to be fully comfortable in this position. Candidates must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 2016 or newer. Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary Dust off those third-grade math skills as you will also be required to convert measurements between metric and imperial, estimate carton dimensions and truck/container load volumes. Your ability to stay professionally and flexibly organized, keep track of complex and differing account requirements, and assist others with account management is crucial to being a successful Sales Support Coordinator .
