Job Description

The receptionist is responsible for greeting GPC employees and visitors on a daily basis. This position is also responsible for answering phone calls.

Qualifications

  • Requires good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, especially with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills required.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work with little management oversight
  • Prefer candidates with previous experience as receptionist for large company
  • Requires education equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • Additional business related education is a plus
  • Requires a minimum of 1 year of administrative/office work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with employees, vendors and suppliers on a daily basis.
  • Answer phone and direct calls to designated employees.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.
  • Perform duties as assigned by manager.
