This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose
This supervisor position works directly for the Airport Manager and has responsibility for management of the Max B. Swisher Skyhaven Airport’s FBO. The supervisor oversees all aspects of the FBO’s day-to-day operations. The position requires exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills to create a professional organization delivering the highest level of customer service to UCM’s flight school, airport tenants, transient operations, and the flying public. This position acts as point of contact and representative, in the absence of the Airport Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.

Education may be substituted for experience or if experience may be substituted for education. Note that equivalencies are based on the following: AA = 2 years experience; BA/BS = 4 years experience; MA/MS = 6 years experience; PhD = 8 years experience.

Experience
1. Two (2) years airport experience required. Master’s degree in aviation may be substituted for experience.
2. Two (2) years of management experience preferred. Master’s degree in aviation may be substituted for experience.

Criminal History check, Subject to random drug testing, Fingerprinting, Driver's license, Missouri license required
