Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Interprets blueprints and CAD drawings to create HVAC load calculations and designs Estimates the amount of materials and cost of labor to complete the installation of HVAC systems in new residential homes Communicates with other estimators, lead estimators, managers, and sales staff Returns all necessary information to the assigned division promptly to continue with the bid process Communicates all internal issues or questions to the Lead Estimator or Estimating Manager Ability to forecast the needs of materials per each blueprint Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety.
