Job Description Job Description High-volume, large PLAINTIFF'S Personal Injury Trial firm in Houston is looking for an entry level litigation attorney (0-3 years) to join its team in Spring, TX (This is an IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE) Please note this office is in The Woodlands / Spring area and it's "in office" so you should not apply if this commute is too far for you. You MUST be FLUENT / FULLY BILINGUAL (Spanish) - reading, writing, and speaking. We will consider brand new attorneys with NO experience if you're bilingual. Here, you will be trained to work on Plaintiff's Personal Injury files from pre-suit through trial prep. You'll handle client intake (evaluating whether to sign a case), medical record/bill comprehension, demand letters, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, mediations, trial prep, trials, client communication and the entire settlement process.
