Job description Bridge is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships and building on client business success to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in or catering to the Ad/MarTech industries, have an understanding of Digital Media, Data, Programmatic Media and be in a sales and/or business development role. Major responsibilities: Driving revenue growth with existing partners and new business Driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners and building the brand among exchange industry leaders Managing pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility Working with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging and positioning Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross- functional teams, and business partners Working with the rest of the team on building the different use cases on top of the existing ones Desired Skills, Education and Experience: 3 years of BD professional experience, working in or catering to the MarTech industry in a data sales and/or business development role Understanding of data marketing ecosystem, specifically DMP, DSP and programmatic buying processes Solid understanding of mobile advertising, optimization strategies with an aptitude for emerging technology with major players in the digital advertising landscape Understand the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing and audience targeting Strong sales skills; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and closing net new business Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
