CNC Machinist Mills Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers (5axis UMC 750 HAAS machines)
  • Setup and Operation of CNC Moriseiki DMG horizontal machining centers
  • MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using
  • Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
  • Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
  • Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
  • Observe all company quality and safety procedures
  • Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
  • Participates in Lean manufacturing events

CNC Machinist Mills Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have 3 years of experience as a CNC Mills Machinist
  • Must have 3 years of 5 axis experience
  • Preferred experience using Moriseiki DMG horizontal
  • Preferred to have experience using UMC 750 HAAS Machines
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Great communication skills

Hours: 5a.m. - 2:30p.m. Monday - Friday (OT as needed)
