Job Description Job Description Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. Candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. This role will oversee but not limited to monitoring inventory, purchasing, transportation and warehousing activities. Responsibilities: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. Collaboration and communication between carriers, SSL’s, and customers to collect/disseminate accurate information on shipping details, from providing shipment location, client’s POC, confirming rates, tracking, providing ETA’s and/or reasons for potential delays, etc. Submission and confirmation of details for all purchase orders sent to suppliers (i.e., pricing, quantity, vintage, pallet configuration, carrier, ready date and/or noting reason(s) for delay in production or shipping) Collaboration and communication between carriers, SSLs, and customers to collect/disseminate accurate information on shipping details, from providing shipment location, client’s POC, confirming rates, tracking, providing ETA’s and/or reasons for potential delays, etc. Provide packing slips, intermodal terminal arrival notice, pick-up numbers to carriers whenever necessary. Ensure clearing of any port/pier, prepull, railyard fees. Submission of all required customs entry documentations (i.e., supplier invoice, labels, CBMA letter, etc.) to customs broker with accurate shipment details for a successful issuing of delivery orders Liaise with trucking companies, warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders, broker, Tri-Vin’s Accounts Payable team, and other entities to ensure the accuracy of inventory, orders, shipping, customs entries, invoices, and other documentations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 10 years’ experience in logistics required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures highly preferred. Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
