Job Description Job Description Seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our client in Philadelphia, New York, or Washington D.C. The Community Engagement Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative, substantive, and project management support to our client’s global corporate social responsibility program. This Contract opportunity is offering $34-$46.70/hour based on location and experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sustainability Working Group with firmwide goals and initiatives. Prepare presentations and draft content for internal communications. Organize sustainability data for assessments and collaborate on decarbonization efforts. Assist with ESG inquiries for client proposals and surveys. Contribute to the annual Responsible Business Report. Monitor sustainability trends and regulations. Maintain data on community and nonprofit partnerships. Gather information on philanthropic initiatives and facilitate employee giving campaigns. Monitor scholarship recipients and prepare materials for foundation activities. Identify opportunities for social cause contributions. Assist with project management and event planning for community engagement programs. Track and evaluate CSR programming. Draft content on volunteerism for internal communications. Develop volunteer resources and update the community engagement intranet page. Support updates to the external website and intranet. Maintain organized departmental information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with three years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting, or equivalent education and experience. Experience in tracking sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions. Knowledge in environmental science, energy, sustainability, business, or related fields is preferred. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills with a service-oriented attitude. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders, including senior professionals. Passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Excellent judgment and sensitivity to confidential information. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capability in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and database applications. Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
