Shift
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
This position will have a hybrid work schedule alternating weeks of 2 days onsite/3 days remote and 3 days onsite/2 days remote.
Job Summary
Primary responsibilities will include: procurement and processing accounting documents for the Libraries’ business services unit including SRM’s, PRD’s, Procurement card, Cash and Check Transmittals and JV’s; following established processes and referring to the Business Procedures Manual as necessary; providing exceptional customer service to all constituents; and actively participating in team meetings and training opportunities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro and SAP Finance preferred.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
Prefer bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years related experience at an academic institution.
