Job duties and responsibilities include: • Managing incoming calls, emails and texts from customers. • Scheduling Appointments for Service or Sales Departments. • Listen/Read and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance. • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction. • Work in close partnership with Sales and Service Management Teams and Customer Care Center Manager. • Meet specified monthly targets and goals with Quality, Utilization and Volume. • Prior Contact Center and Customer Service required (1 to 2 years, preferred) • Self-Starter, motivated and success driven Team Player. • Accurate completion of documentation inside CRM Software. • Some College or after High School Education preferred. • Strong communication skills. • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
