Job Description Job Description The Finance Business Partner advises business unit leaders across the organization to provide strategic financial insights, support informed decision-making, and drive financial performance. Responsibilities: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives. Translate business needs into clear financial models, forecasts, and reports. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Support the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial plans. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Prepare clear and concise financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize financial performance. Stay abreast of current financial trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and integration of financial strategies. Manage, mentor and coach a finance team to develop their skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Around 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related role. Proven experience partnering with business units to translate strategic objectives into financial plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and financial analysis tools.
