Job Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid) Duration: 9 months Job Description: The Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Operations & Logistics team is passionate about moving s finished product from factory to consumer in a way that is convenient, cost effective, and sustainable for our consumers. As the Logistics Analyst, DC Operations you will have the opportunity to directly impact this by supporting critical work across several strategic pillars, namely 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Management and Product Integrity Mitigation across APLA s fleet of 15 distribution centers (DCs). Within the 3PL Management space the Logistics Analyst role will be responsible for supporting our extensive portfolio of 3PL DC contracts (warehousing / fulfillment). This entails real-time database maintenance and development, monthly reporting on upcoming contractual obligations, quarterly strategic alignment sessions, and annual contract reviews with Territory DC Operations partners. In addition, the Logistics Analyst will provide project support on expiring agreements to ensure a process-driven approach against the timely execution of contract renewals and/or extensions in compliance with , Inc. investment governance (i.e., Appropriations Requests, Letters of Authorization). The selected candidate will work closely with a broad array of partners, such as Territory DC Operations, Geo Finance and Controlling, Legal, and Global Procurement. The Logistics Analyst role will also serve as a primary Geo point of contact for Product Integrity Mitigation. In partnership with Global Footwear & Apparel Product Integrity teams, as well as Geo Marketplace Operations, you will help drive clear communication and messaging to/from our DC Operations network. This involves coordinating quality inspections / assessments, tracking audit results, and helping to drive resolutions on a variety of product quality issues as they arise. As this work can be an unpredictable space, we are looking for a candidate that exhibits a strong ability to remain cool under pressure, push for clarity when directions are ambiguous, and acts with urgency as a Geo advocate for our DC Operations teams. The ideal candidate will ideally come with previous experience in DC Operations and/or a working knowledge of 3PL contract logistics. The candidate will possess strong communication skills (written and verbal), be process-driven, organized, and show the ability to balance multiple priorities while operating in cross-functional, collaborative settings. Finally, this Analyst will demonstrate a proactive mindset, seek opportunities for improvement in existing processes, and help to promote creative problem solving. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prefer a bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, and/or related field experience in DC Operations or 3rd Party Logistics. 2-3 years of experience in Contract Portfolio Management, or similar discipline. 2-3 years of experience in Quality Issue Management, or similar discipline. Strong organizational skills and comfortable with balancing multiple, sometimes shifting, priorities as business needs dictate. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to influence work in a positive direction and drive toward desired outcomes. Excellent communicator, both in written and verbal formats, with the ability to adjust your messaging based on the audience level. Experience with meeting facilitation in forums that involve both cross-functional and cross-Territory teammates. Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems independently, especially when faced with ambiguous situations and potentially limited direction. Ability to work across diverse cultures and periodically during non-traditional hours. Advanced skills in Excel, Airtable, and Tableau Desirable but not essential: Prior work experience at and/or understanding of distribution centers.
