We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in calling and developing professional rapport with potential clients. Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for prospecting, reaching out, and building relationships with business owners seeking debt restructuring solutions. Your primary focus will be calling potential clients, identifying their financial challenges, and introducing our tailored debt restructuring services. The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at handling objections, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive despite financial difficulties. Responsibilities : · Conduct calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads. · Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements. · Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. · Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the Call Record Management system. · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. · Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
