The technical solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. We share our technical and product expertise with customers through demos, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing support. What You'll Do: Engage with clients via multiple channels (ticketing system, live chat, and phone) to resolve their technical support requests and empower them to use our platform Reproduce issues and dive into the 400 integrations that Datadog works with Build out documentation and knowledge based articles for a variety of technologies Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from client interactions Work from a Datadog office 3 - 5 days per week Who You Are: A candidate with previous experience supporting clients in the public sector Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learning A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach A tinkerer with some programming experience and a basic knowledge of Linux Able to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability Someone with a Computer Science or Engineering majors Active contributor to open-source projects (code, bug reports, etc.) and the Engineering Community (Meetups, etc.) Able to work an on-call rotating schedule that requires weekend availability Datadog values people from all walks of life.
