Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses Dedicated to customer service Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Excellent communication skills – Written, Verbal and Auditory to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members Detail-Oriented Mindset Proactive in problem-solving Self-Motivated Experience in various computer applications, particularly Windows. Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
