People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity Role and Responsibilities The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of Samsung's CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with Samsung's retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable. A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement. Responsibilities Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 35 years of experience in Planning/Forecasting Strong analytical & communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands Customer Oriented Strong Judgement Participative & collaborates to solve problems Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize Meet deadlines under pressure Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy LI-PV1 Life Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/ Benefits Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/ Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
