As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will be an integral part of the team in the Material Add-Order Call Center. Your organizational skills, attention to detail and strong initiative will help you successfully provide support to Homebuilding team members in the field. Primary Responsibilities Handle incoming emails and/or calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages Initiate delivery of material by researching material request specifics, entering shortage information, and applying reason codes to Add-Order Forms Liaise with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding as needed to facilitate material deliveries Recommend on-going best practices related to the call center Qualifications 2 years Administrative experience Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Strong attention to detail Able to work effectively on a fast-paced team in a professional environment Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus Customer Service experience is a plus Residential home building knowledge is a plus Life at NVR As the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is committed to your success and we will give you the tools, training, and industry knowledge you need to excel and thrive.
