We are looking to add a dependable and concentrated Customer Service Specialist with a 4-40 license, a passion for helping customers and demonstrating an interest in learning more about our products. Experience Must have a valid 4-40 Insurance license 1-year experience in the insurance industry (required) Customer service Data entry processing 1-year experience in Commercial lines (required) Microsoft Office Inter-office protocol What we are looking for Sell insurance policies and renewals to our existing customers Positive Outlook & Disposition Coachable and Eager to Learn Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes Reliable Insurance sales experience Responsibilities Answering customer service calls and emails to gather client information to evaluate their service needs. Overseeing renewals and retention processing for existing clients Quoting new business leads and processing policy changes as needed Identifying cross-selling opportunities Responsibilities may be subject to change depending on business growth and needs
