Sales and Marketing Representative - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Sales And Marketing Representative to join our team Position will be 16-24 hours per week. Based on event schedules and work flow a few hours per week may be done remotely. Responsibilities: Grow rental revenue with new and existing guests Attend Events and Monthly meetings with Visitors Bureau Create and distribute marketing materials to potential groups Give tours of property and prepare quotes for potential groups Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Update social media accounts and follow up on online customer reviews Organize client correspondence and paperwork Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field Ability to build rapport with clients Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
