Responsibilities: Manage online sales and customer service and work on the needs of current distributors. Manage web-based sales platforms: Wayfair, Amazon, and Brite Ideas Website Creating products on our website and inventory system Become knowledgeable of products. Take orders as needed. Initiate and conduct sales calls to prospective distributors. Provide administrative support to the national sales manager. Investigate and resolve customer order issues. Qualifications: Online and Ecommerce experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
