Job Description Job Description High volume real estate firm seeking a Marketing Manager. Experience in marketing and brand development with a sharp eye for detail a must. Must be detail and task-oriented, a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. You will work collaboratively with the industry's best in-house marketing & creative team, made up of talented graphic designers, media specialists, photographers and videographers. You will work closely with the team to execute a variety of advertising initiatives and insure the JohnHart brand delivers our message properly. At JohnHart you will: Be a leader in all things marketing. Real estate agents will look to you for guidance, direction, and marketing material. Develop and lead marketing plans for real estate agents. Act as a check/balance to ensure that agents are in-line with outlined marketing strategy. This includes both digital and print marketing. Connect daily with real estate agents on their marketing plans. Make sure their actions align with your marketing plan for them. Work with graphic designers to develop agent print material as well as digital assets. Act as the "brand protector", being a check and balance for all material to align with brand storytelling, voice, and aesthetic. Manage all incoming advertising requests from agents. Be proactive in creating and executing new marketing ideas that will benefit agents, as well as JohnHart Real Estate. Conceptualize, design, and develop letters, postcards, and other mailers for your real estate agents to utilize. Be proactive in working with graphic designers to create on-brand social media material for real estate agents.
