Job Description Job Description Smith Motor Sales Mercedes-Benz which is Celebrating 60 years of being an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, is activley seeking a Sales professional for new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We are the largest New and Pre-owned Mercedes dealer north of Boston serving the Merrimack Valley, North shore and Southern New Hampshire since 1964. Our Hours of operations are Monday 8am-6pm Tuesday 8am-6pm Wednesday 8am-6pm Thursday 8am-6pm Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 9am-4pm Sunday CLOSED RESPONSIBILITIES: Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Fully utilize CRM to capture prospect information to enable sold/unsold follow up.
