And we’re growing Summary: We currently have Technical Inside Sales positions open for talented individuals who want to be part of the dynamic engineered wood products industry. This role is often the precursor to the Technical Sales Representative role – Technical Inside Sales positions will work to familiarize themselves with RedBuilt’s products, services, and policies to prepare for sales duties, aiming to cultivate a career in building material sales. If this path is chosen, the successful Technical Inside Sales candidate will be located at one of our RedBuilt office locations (Boise, ID; Hillsboro, OR; Chino, CA; Delaware, OH) until a territory is identified. The Inside Sales role supports our Technical Sales Representatives as they develop long-term relationships with customers in the market. This team, anchored in both integrity and enthusiasm, makes long-lasting relationships in the local construction industry. Our Technical Inside Sales associates expand opportunities for RedBuilt and play an integral role in our projects over the entire construction cycle. Essential Functions: Generate project material take-offs and estimates Assist structural engineering professionals with RedBuilt product specification Problem-solve with design and construction communities Prepare sold projects for hand-off to the RedBuilt design team Familiarity with construction plans and documents highly desired Skills and Qualifications: Our Inside sales associates are excellent communicators who can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. They love challenges and go to great lengths to care for our customers and fellow team members, all while consistently leveraging available tools and technologies. They are simultaneously self-motivated and team oriented. Many have degrees in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
