Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who takes the initiative and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Assistant Manager will provide administrative support to the sales team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a sales-oriented administrative assistant is a plus. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a friendly demeanor, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to the sales team. and respond to customer inquiries. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information. Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations. Monitor sales progress and collaborate with team members to ensure goals are met. Create and maintain filing systems and databases. Assist with special projects and initiatives. Provide excellent customer service and support.
