Under the general supervision of the Product & Marketing leader, the Associate Product Manager will provide support and direction for new product development at Seek Thermal. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements across all HW and SW platforms assessing addressable markets, competition and gaps to drive future growth · Drive product planning documentation including business plans, ROIs, MRDs, PRDS, SWOT analysis and communicate with internal stake holders · Conduct market research activities to inform product development (focus groups, surveys, market reports, prototype development, field testing, etc.) · Own product definitions and overall development of product user interface, as well as physical product design, features and packaging · Interact with customers to determine customer needs for NPD and sustaining product improvements driving SOW and schedule creation and oversight · Interface with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to balance design and cost tradeoffs while maintaining the right product for the market and customer · Prioritize work for multiple projects to maintain product development schedules · Collaborate with global Sales and Marketing teams to generate product demand · Coordinate multiple go to market strategies and product launches with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and PR teams SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: · Ownership to figure out how to solve problems independently · Strong strategic thinking, organization and planning skills with acute attention to details · Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations · Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done · Ability to work effectively across multiple groups of people and team members · Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel, balance deliverables and be self motivated to meet deadlines · Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills · Team player with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while having fun at the same time · 20% travel required · Proficient in Microsoft office tools · Comfort with the numbers; basic financial acumen, global sales and channel understanding, experience developing dashboards and key metrics to track business objectives and performance Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Marketing or other technical field preferred) · 1 years of product management experience is desired Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident This is an onsite position PM18
