Leads in hiring and training, and termination and corrective actions Work hand-in-hand with BTRG Leadership including COO, and Culinary Director in order to develop and implement SOPs, marketing, financial, and facility operations Report to the COO of Bridge and Tunnel Restaurant Group. Staff recruitment, scheduling, and evaluations Helps plan and support marketing and sales activities Creates staffing plans, develop and approves schedules Follows all operational procedures including, but not limited to cash handling and operational SOP’s Maintains accurate inventory and par levels Observes and coaches Communicates all personnel issues to direct reports Trains and develops staff, promotes ideal candidates Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs of equipment Handles customer concerns and complaints Maintain intimate knowledge of general operation Supervision and training of all production staff (10 full time employees) coordinating activities of workers engaged in food preparation. Qualifications & Skills: Strong Leadership/Communication skills 2 years' restaurant management experience Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Docs/Word Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Willing to work a flexible schedule (Weekends included) Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service Preferences: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Experience with computerized point-of-sale systems Toast POS System, Restaurant 365, and/or ADP is beneficial Able to work on feet throughout the scheduled shift Able to lift 50 pounds. Able to work weekends.
